1). Prices: Are subject to discount and may be changed without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance at the home office.
2). Payment Terms: All online orders are paid via credit card. Your card will be billed at the time the order is placed. Items in stock will ship immediately and if there is a backorder, the customer will be notified and allowed the choice to ship complete or ship and backorder.
3). Freight Terms: All shipments are F.O.B. Los Angeles (Our Shipping Point). A handling charge will apply to all orders. Insurance will be added to all orders over $100.00.
4). Returned Goods Policy: Merchandise may not be returned and will not be accepted without prior written authorization. All returns may be subject to a restocking charge of 15% or $25.00 whichever is greater, plus freight cost. All goods returned which need repackaging will be subject to a repackaging charge of 10%. BRM reserves the right to require proof of purchase prior to authorization for return by requesting invoice copies. No merchandise over 1 year old may be returned. No special order brushes may be returned. All claims for errors or shortages must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods.
5). Special Merchandise & Order Cancellation: Contact the factory for pricing and minimum order quantities for those items not shown. Orders for special items may be subject to a non-refundable deposit or payment in advance. Orders for special items are not subject to cancellation unless we are reimbursed for costs incurred. No special merchandise may be returned. Special Merchandise includes some items listed on the website, such as non-standard grit Flex-HoneŽ Tools.
6). Ordering Procedure: The Flex-HoneŽ Tool is not available for export. A distributor network outside the U.S.A. carries ample inventories. The Flex-Hone is patented and the trademark is registered in all major trading countries of the world. The Flex-Hone Tool must be sold in its original package except in bulk shipments to OEM's.
All power brushes are priced less adaptors. When adaptors are required, they must be ordered separately. All orders are contingent upon availability to secure raw materials and services.
